Privacy Policy

FutCool — by Incraible · Last updated: June 12, 2026

FutCool ("we", "our", "us") is developed by Incraible. We respect your privacy and have designed FutCool to collect as little data as possible. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we handle and how.

The short version: Your photo, your name, and your holographic cards stay on your iPhone. We do not have servers that store your content. We do not require an account. We do not request access to your camera, microphone, location, or contacts.

1. Information You Provide

Your photo

When you tap the photo selector inside FutCool, iOS opens Apple's system PhotosPicker. This is an Apple component that runs out-of-process, which means the app receives only the specific photo you choose — not access to your photo library. FutCool never requests permission to read your photos, because PhotosPicker does not require it. Your photo is loaded into the app only to compose your holographic card and remains on your device at all times.

Your name

Optional text you may type to display on your holographic card. Stored locally on your iPhone only.

Your country selection

The country flag you choose for your card. Stored locally only.

2. Information Collected Automatically

We collect minimal technical information needed to operate the app:

3. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob (Advertising)

We display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

We use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalized ads in regions where required by law (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland). You can change your consent at any time within the app's settings.

Apple StoreKit 2 (In-App Purchases)

Purchases are processed entirely through Apple. We do not see or store your payment information. Apple validates the purchase and provides us only with confirmation that you have purchased the Premium Unlock. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions FutCool Requests

Save to Photos

The only permission FutCool requests is to save your exported holographic card (as a photo or video) to your camera roll. This permission is requested at the exact moment you tap "Save". We do not read your existing photos through this permission — we only save the file you just created.

What FutCool does NOT request:

5. On-Device Processing

All photo composition, holographic effects, 3D football rendering, video export, and card generation happens entirely on your iPhone. We do not operate servers that process your content. Your photos, your name, and your saved cards never leave your device — except when you choose to share them yourself.

6. Sharing to Other Apps

When you tap the Share button, iOS opens its native share sheet. If you choose to send your card to Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Messages, TikTok, or any other app, that app's own privacy policy applies to what happens with the file from that point forward.

7. Children's Privacy

FutCool is rated 4+ but is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below and we will take appropriate action.

8. Data Retention

Cards you save remain on your device until you delete them within the app or uninstall the app. Because we do not store your data on any server, uninstalling the app removes all your local content permanently.

9. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA / LGPD)

If you are in the EU/EEA, United Kingdom, California, Brazil, or another jurisdiction that grants data subject rights, you have the right to:

Contact us at the email below for any privacy request. We respond within 30 days.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated within the app where appropriate.
